I'm in my room!
We have the fridge all set up, as well as everything else.
Jansie, my roommate, brought a HUGE clothing rack so I got the closet, which worked out nicely.
She also brought a TON of snacks, so the two of us won't be going hungry any time soon. Tonight is just a down night, nothing really happening. The last relaxation we'll be getting for the week.
The drive up took forever. We left Moorpark around noon and didn't get to the hotel until 5:30. It could mostly be due to the constant stops for food/gas/coffee we made along the way.
Overall though, the drive was nice. Lots of scenery to look at and good tunes playing on the radio. I did sing along for quite some time, so others on the road probably thought I was going crazy.
Tomorrow should be interesting. I've got my gift for the mayor all set and my outfit all planned out. THEN we get our first taste of rehearsal. Hopefully it doesn't suck too badddd.
